Williams Benator & Libby, LLP was established in 1982 and is a full service certified public accounting and consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. The partners of the firm bring a unique blend of personalities, talents, abilities and experiences to the service of middle and small-market companies in a variety of industries. Our clients include high net worth individuals, estates and trusts, foundations, international and multi-state business entities. We have studied the tax effects of proposed transactions, consulted on retirement plans, designed executive compensation programs, assisted in structuring international operations and represented clients in their dealings with the IRS and state tax authorities. We have also helped to implement gifting programs and education funding plans, and worked with clients to analyze their retirement needs and estate plans.

As part of our firm's ongoing quality control, Williams Benator & Libby, LLP undergoes comprehensive peer reviews of our accounting and auditing practice by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("AICPA") every three years. We have consistently received unqualified peer review reports. We complete an internal inspection of our accounting and auditing practice each year that an external peer review is not done to insure that our strict quality control standards are maintained. The firm is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board ("PCAOB"). As part of the PCAOB's ongoing inspection of member firms, we have had several inspections and received only unqualified inspection reports.
