Bruce is the managing partner of the firm and Director of Accounting and Auditing Services.  Bruce has over 25 years experience providing service to emerging and middle-market closely-held businesses and has managed, coordinated and performed audits and reviews of private and publicly held companies in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, service, real estate and retail.  He has also managed audits of not-for-profit organizations and audits in accordance with governmental auditing standards.  Bruce has conducted numerous systems consultation and due diligence engagements of various sizes and complexity, primarily for manufacturing, service and distribution companies.

Bruce is a native Atlantan and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.  He received the Beta Gamma Sigma key for the highest academic average in the business school.  Bruce was formerly with Ernst & Young where he served as a manager.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and TEC an international organization of CEO's.  He also serves on the board in various civic and religious organizations.

Bruce enjoys attending various sporting events and horse shows, particularly with his wife Debbi and daughters, Erin (a horseback rider) and Sydney (a sports enthusiast), and is an avid racquetball player.
